The timeline for opening a salon depends on several factors, with the most significant being site identification and lease signing. Our goal, together with our partners at REP’M, is to help our new franchisees sign a lease within 100 days of signing a Franchise Agreement – then we move on to construction.
No. Your role will involve executive management, following our lash franchise model, and guiding your lash business toward success. While requirements vary by state, typically our salons hire certified estheticians/cosmetologists, and we offer comprehensive programs to attract, identify, and recruit exceptional team members. Additionally, we provide top-notch training for lash extensions, certifying all stylists according to The Lash Lounge criteria, which include safety, procedures, lash styling, and health and maintenance.
